Now that you have already decided to take a break, let's get started. We at helputravel.in work closely with you to figure out what you need. We are expert listeners and we need to understand who you are and what you are interested in, before we start planning a program.

 

Step - 1 

 

We need to know your destination preferences; their expectations in terms of standard, price & inclusions and the tentative date of travel via email. Once we have received this information, we will revert within 48 hours with a high level travel itinerary listing the places you will visit and the activities you will be indulging in, during your trip with approximate cost of the trip.

 

Since we provide very customized and tailor made itineraries, specific details about the locations, activities, recommendations and exact cost of the trip will be shared only after we receive a token amount of Rs 1000/- only.The amount will be later adjusted with the total booking amount. Incase you decide that the itinerary does not meet your requirements, we will be more than happy to tweak it to suit your needs. However, If we do not strike a deal even after multiple iterations, we have to let you go.The token amount in this case will be NON REFUNDABLE .

 

Step - 2

 

Once you approve the itinerary, the total booking amount billed to the actual, plus a minimal convenience fee needs to be transferred to our bank account.

 

Step - 3

 

Once the amount is credited, we will complete the booking. We will revert with a confirmation and a unique booking id.You are all set for your travel. As an addon, we will send you a  step by step time managed activitity sheet which will help you stick to the itinerary without  missing anything.

 

Step - 4

 

On the day of travel, we follow up with all the travel vendors and make sure that everything is ready for you. You get a heads up message before you start.

 

Step - 5

 

Once your travel is over, we will call for a feedback.
